Photography is a way to depict reality, but it also implies a way of looking at and rebuilding the diversity and complexity of the constantly transforming urban reality, along with the ways of inhabiting and intervening in the built environment. The PHOTO-BIA contest is precisely open to that diversity of citizen viewpoints and experiences regarding the processes to change and transform cities, where different ways coexist of living in and circulating around the cities, of using the amenities and resources, along with a great mismatch in the ways of intervening and acting in urban spaces. The printing of the photos shortlisted for the exhibition will be on photo paper on 5-mm thick mounting board, not framed, and measuring 50 x 70 cm (mount and photo).<\/li>\n<li>The maximum size of the photo will be (8268 X 5906) pixels.<\/li>\n<li>Each contestant may enter a single photograph.<\/li>\n<li>The author must keep a copy of the photo on digital medium with a definition that guarantees a comparable quality to the physical format, in order to make their public dissemination easier for the organiser if they are winning photos.<\/li>\n<li>If under age children appear in the photograph, the contestants must obtain the express authorisation of the legal representatives of the minors to photograph them and to enter the photos in the PHOTOBIA contest.
